At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

• Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice.

• Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) following payment confirmation.

• To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

4. Order Cutoff Time

Orders submitted after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping & Delivery Times

• Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)

• Transit Time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday) – Free Shipping

• While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as carrier issues or customs inspections.

6. Tracking & Order Status

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided. This will be emailed to you and you may track your product on the couriers website.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• All shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage.

• In the event your package is lost or held in transit, we will send a replacement using priority shipping with full tracking, when applicable.

• Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please confirm delivery eligibility with the carrier before placing your order.

9. Customs Fees & Import Taxes

• All prices are listed in USD, and we cover any applicable domestic taxes.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply based on their location.

• We are not liable for customs-related delays.
